We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any items purchased through our Shopify store.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we will provide a replacement only. No refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
